About Tymily

Tymily is an independent publisher of home project cost guides. It is for people planning work on their homes who want to understand a possible budget before speaking to a local professional.

A guide brings together named, dated sources, a typical installed cost and a sourced range. It separates additional work from the main job and explains what the figures cover. Where an estimator is available, it helps explore different project choices.

Tymily does not provide quotes, refer contractors or collect local prices. A guide cannot assess your home, diagnose a problem or confirm what work is needed. Get written quotes from local professionals before committing to a job.

Tymily is free to read. The plan is to support the site with advertising, but no advertising is running here yet.

Corrections are welcome. Include the guide name, the figure or statement that looks wrong and a link to a published source. The address to write to is on the Contact page.
